Refund Policy

Bums In Paradise LLC refund policy is very simple. If for any reason you would like a refund please ask and we will send you the refund. The refund check will be made out to the person that mailed us the check for the gift certificate or purchased the ride.

Bums In Paradise LLC states that the certificates are good for one year. The certificates are good until redeemed however we ask that you book your flight in the year you receive the certificate. We understand there are many things going on in one’s life that makes it difficult to do a balloon ride in a given year. However, our lives are evolving also and we want to make these unique balloon flights in the Fox Valley and The Villages a reality for our passengers.

If you bid on a charitable auction and won the Bums In Paradise Hot Air Balloon certificate but are unable to make the balloon flight – send us the original certificate and the value of the certificate is printed on the back. A check will be issued in that amount. Any monies that you bided over and above the value noted on the certificate was a donation you made to the charity.

Likewise we understand the many elements that go into a balloon ride and Bums In Paradise LLC wants to make sure each flight is a safe and an enjoyable experience. Weather is a big issue and we appreciate each person’s patience and understanding when flights are cancelled.

As always – if for any reason Bums In Paradise LLC is unable to provide the hot air balloon ride – a full refund will be issued.
